Running a tap off a king keg

Post by nickliv » Sun Nov 04, 2018 9:28 pm

I've got a party coming up late next month, and I'm wondering if I can run a tap from my top tap king keg, while the keg sits in a kegerator.

Im still on the 8g bulbs, but a soda stream bottle and a regulator will make the jump to Cornys a bit less eye watering, I take it I could set up a constant 10 to 12 PSI feed into the KK in the fridge? I'm not afraid of a bit of plumbing.

Ta.

Did you ever get an answer from anywhere or have you at least tried it. As an experiment it would cut the cost of keg outlay.
My wife wanted me to get a hobby now I make beer. She says I'm always in my shed I KEEP TELLING HER IT WAS HER IDEA.
