Alas not, the one I linked is kind of special in that it has two tri-clamp ferrules on, one you clamp onto the existing one on the tank, which then leaves the other one, which you can clamp onto a valve for example.

I've seen them with female BSP sockets, you could then add a BSP threaded barb. Brewbuilder has them, although I can't find them on his website.
