I am needing a new HLT/Sparge Water heater. I currently use an old tea urn but its on its last legs. I was thinking about getting another similar one from Nisbets or the like but came across the Digiboil Turbo Boiler, see:

Does anyone have any experience with this thing?
My one particular question relates to turning it on via a time switch. I usually start my brews early in the morning, doughing in at say 6.30am and set a plug in time switch to turn my urn on at say 5.30am to ensure I have hot water for that early start.
Does anyone know if it would be possible to start the Digiboil in a similar fashion or do you need to start it and set the temp manually?
