4 cornies in an undercounter fridge?

Post by Hudson1984 » Fri Oct 16, 2020 8:20 am

I've seen some posts that suggest you can get 4 cornies in some undercounter fridges?

to be honest, i'd be chuffed with 3!

anyone got one?
able to recommend a brand to look for?

I've already got 1 undercounter fridge I use as a brew fridge, so having a kegerator next to it would be much more convenient than adding a chest freezer.

Kegland manage to fit 4 into that kind of form factor, but with some special molding around the compressor:

The other problem is that they only come with a tap tower on top.
Ingredients: Water, Barley, Hops, Yeast, Seaweed, Blood, Sweat, The swim bladder of a sturgeon, My enemies tears, Scenes of mild peril, An otter's handbag and Riboflavin.

The problem is with the compressor shelf. Most undercounters will hold two full sized corny kegs. When I wanted my first keggerator I walked around curry's with a tape measure .

They are actually about to bring out an 8 keg undercounter fridge. Image
1.5 times the width of a normal undercounter fridge and one door, it could open up some interesting options for people.

It's a bit smaller than my Norcool corner fridge, which is about twice the size and rock solid, but I do like the look of that X Plus kegerator. Price in Australia is what I'd be happy to pay. It's pretty reasonable, in fact. Unfortunately, by the time it gets imported to Europe and the middle leeches line their pockets, it's no longer going to be worth it, in my opinion.
