Has anyone mounted taps on the side of their kegerator?
As you can see on the photo, my fridge sits next to a worktop, I like the idea of having the taps come out on the side, the. I can have the drip tray etc on the worktop. Plus with the fridge having a water thing on the door it’s going to be a pain to put more than two taps in.
After a measure inside, I can fit 4 19l cornies in there, but it’s bloody tight. So planning on having a couple of smaller ones instead I.e the 2 19l Ones I have, then Chuck a couple more on the top shelf for smaller batches of experimental stuff (perhaps some turbo in different flavours for example)
Anyway, I assume I might have wires to worry about but can’t see what would be routed up the side logically....but logic doesn’t always apply

Re: Kegerator side taps?
My fridge is a similar size but has a freezer at the top and one side has the Freon tubes near the top. Fortunately it was shown in the schematic and was able to drill below it to mount my beer engine on the side. Yours doesn’t seem to have a freezer? So should be fine.
Sommeliers recommend that you swirl a glass of wine and inhale its bouquet before throwing it in the face of your enemy.

Got my pilot holes in with no issues. Waiting on shanks for taps and will open out fully
