Hi,
Does anyone have recommendations for make/model of a fridge suitable for using as a fermentation chamber that can take a SS Brewtech fermenter measuring 13 inch diameter and 22 inch height?
All of the fridges I've looked at are slightly too small to accommodate that due to the compressor at the bottom that takes up half of the bottom.
Thanks,
Chris

If you've got the SS Brewtech fermenter why not buy the temperature controller for it which will give you temperature control +/- 0.5C?

Look for a preowned pub / restaurant bottle fridge

That's a good point Guy, why a fridge.
I have made a fermentation jacket which works very well. (No sewing required, it's a turned up sleeping bag) with a 3M 60w stick on heater (about the size of a postcard stuck to the vessel) and an inkbird.
Saves money and space.
