I used some spare 8mm OD tubing I bought for thermowells. Cut off the end and flared it for a 1/4"" swivel nut.

Worked perfectly.

Being all stainless, it's going to be easy to keep sanitary and use even with yeast in the mix.

Pure oxygen? Or simply air? How much difference does it make?
Fermenting: 1970s Abbott clone
Conditioning: nada
Drinking: Thai spiced saison, Duvel clone, Orval clone, Impy stout, Porter, Guinness clone, schwarzbier, Rauchbier, Harvey’s Best clone
Planning: Impy stout, Brown Ale, Galaxy Pale Ale

Pure O2. It's not necessary, but it is the best possible option, if all other factors are close enough to optimal. Then it's 'next level'.
