Star San newb questions

When mixing star san to the dilution rate,does the water have to be at a certain temperature.

Roughly how long will a mixed solution last in a spray bottle.

How much of a mix solution would you need to sanitize the fermenter.

If star san only works with a certain ph of water,is there a way of changing my water's ph,instead of buying bottled water.

Ta chris,what does DI/RO stand for? Still unsure how to lower my tap water carbonate,if it's possible.And water temp is it just mixing with ambient temps.
