corny keg again

hi there people,
I was wondering if i have clean and sterilised my kegs a week ago and then pressured them to 40psi would i be able to use them a week or so later with out sanitizing again?

I don't know the answer, although it's something i have considered myself. You would use a fair amount of C02 pressurizing empty cornies to 40psi which is the reason i prefer to sterilize just before use.

Whether or not it might work I would think with the effort and expense of brewing a beer you would take the extra few minutes to do it properly. I mean how long does it take to clean and sanitize a cornie? 10 minutes tops.

Its always best to do it again, it only takes a short time. If you say that you have already cleaned and sanitized both, then I would just sanitize again and you are all set. :D
