Storing sterilised stuff

Post by cosmondo » Tue Sep 21, 2010 10:16 am

Hi peeps,

Once I've cleaned & steralised or sanitised (for all those pedants  ) my FV. Barrel, bottles. DJ's etc...

Can I just put the lid on them & leave them in a cupboard until ready to use?

I keep my bits & bobs in a tub with a lid, I wonder if this is enough- or do I need to keep the bleach liquid in situ?

Cheers, as I'm not sure if my stuff is sterile or not.

I tend to store all my equipment clean, but sterilise and rinse just before use. I wouldn't be confident of using something I had sterilized a few weeks ago unless I knew it was completely dry and airtight whilst in storage.
