Now I have a few hoses and camlock fittings what is the best what of storing them in a steril enviroment?

I wash them out then a quick run through with Starsan before hanging up to drip dry. If they are dry the bugs arn't interested.

Yep, dry is best for me too.
But if you can't do that (some of mine are too long to hang properly) then I've found filling them with starsan or saniclean and capping will keep them nasty-free for several weeks; I believe some people do similar things with boiling water. Brupaks do something called stayclean IIRC, which I'd considered, but it seems very expensive and starsan seems to work fine between my brewing intervals (though I can't recall if it is safe for such long contact times with stainless fittings so check that out first).
I once thought that filling them with clean tap water to exclude air and keeping them dark (pretending they were like the house plumbing, for instance) would work, but I got mould growing in them - I suspect I wasn't filling/capping them well enough.

a quick rinse after use then flush with starsan coil em up in a airtight box never let me down yet
