Amourvin cleaning

I've just started using amourvin HNP tubing.

I was just circulating treated water. I didn't put any wort though it.
Now the hose has gone cloudy. I've tried soaking it in malt millers cleaner/stererlizer but to no avail. Does anyone have any ideas?
