Right used videne for past year and orderd last time from asda chemist £4 something.Order a new bottle today told be in next day went to get today £9.50.I asked why its gone up so much in under a year but they claim its retail.

Have they realised the want from homebrewers and marked it up now? Going to try tesco later on in week but tried a couple of indepndant chemists who after they asked what i was using for refused to sell it to me

I paid £6.99 from a local chemist, although I'm seriously thinking of changing to starsan. Its about £16.50 a bottle but reusable and I like the idea of the foaming action so you can see where its been, I think in the long run it will workout the same if not cheaper.
