Deep Cleaning all My Kit

So, for the eighteen months I've been living in temporary accommodation while I found a flat to buy, my all grain kit has been stored in a lockup garage. Whilst I'm not too worried about my boiler or my mash tun, but want to ensure my FVs are clean. I was thinking of trying to borrow my girlfriend's steam cleaner to get any dirt etc off everything, then using videne to sanitise everything. Should this be enough? Also, can anyone tell me what the shelf life of an opened bottle of antiseptic Videne is? I think I managed to rip the label. I bought it in 2009.

Get some PBW. I couldn't believe it got my stuff after a soak.

Failing that, bleach does as good a job given about 24hours.
