This is what I use for cleaning my lines the hose is 5/16 it is the size that fits the sprayer and then a 5/16 to 3/8 jg adapter so it just plugs directly onto my lines then just pump up pressure and open tap

Yeah, that was a while ago now. I've since got a gas and a beer post, as the key stumbling block was to clean the disconnects at the same time as the line without having to disengage the slightly fragile JG connectors. I've got a small pressure sprayer from Wilcos for £3 and just need to sort out some connection between the annoyingly unusual threads on the posts and a sensible pipe (or common plumbing fitting).
