help just used thick bleech

I have cleaned a barrel using thick bleech,(should have read this section first) what should I do now before using it to mature my brew.

Would adding a surfactant help?

by this i mean washing up liquid...???

you would have to scrupulously rinse the W-UL off as it will kill your beers head though...

Before bleeching it was washed with washing up liquid which is what I have always done with all my equipment.
Should I not clean my barrels and fv in this way and just use a vwp solution?
