Do i need to clean the barrel tap before using if it has stood for a few days in between drinking. Where it has dripped i notice it goes moldy quickly.
Am i being over the top!!! i am new to this and dont fancy going down ill !!

Swill the tap after use, either use your spray bottle or a syringe full of boiling water/sanitizer solution, squirt it up into the tap. This will clean it out and stop it going mouldy
