i'm making a lot of wine so i'm using my gear almost every day. do you think its better to store your equipment (funnels, brushes, paddles, etc) dry or in a bucket full of sanitizer solution?

I guess it really depends on your sanitiser, some are only effective for an hour or so after making the solution. The packaging may provide some clues.
I would also guess that if the utensils are placed in the sanitiser when it is made, they are unlikely to suddenly become contaminated if they remain in the solution overnight
