AG components sanitisation

Having used my AG kit for the first time, just wanted to ask about sanitising it. Particularly:

1. How to sanitise the Colder CPC polysulfone quick disconnects (adm raised the question in another thread)?
2. Is it necessary to strip the pump (it is a March May 809) down between brews (I pumped the cooled wort direct to FVs)?
3. Does the immersion cooler need to be sqeaky clean before use (I washed it off but the hop petals have stuck like glue to some of the coils) or will the 15 minute boil see to any nasties?
