How to Clean a old Vino keg

I just bought a secondhand Vino 5 gallon pressure keg from e-bay but it hasnt been used for a while and looks and smells dirty inside. My question is what can i use to safly clean it . All answers greatly appreciated.

A good soak with water/soda crystals (or oxiclean powder)

Follow that by filling it with water and a good dose of thin bleach (leave it for a few days)

Then rinse, rinse rinse!
