Where do you get Star San from?
And where is the cheapest, finding it hard to find even in hombrew shops.

I re use mine.
For my fermenters I just spray them with Starsan solution using a garden sprayer and throw that away as it's too awkard to pour back in the bottle, but for my cornies I put 5 litres of starsan solution in them, then swirl it around a bit, gas up the keg and dispense the starsan through the outpost and a tap back into a 5 Litre PET that I keep mixed up starsan in.

Probably not as often as I should.
I believe Starsan should last a long time diluted, when it loses it's sanitising ability it will go cloudy. (it can go cloudy for other reasons)
The easy way to test though is to test the pH, so long as the pH is below 3.0 it is still effective.
