Re: How to brew all grain beer - Tips, Timings and Equipment
This is Ian, he's a good ol' boy - very helpful. I get quite a few of my ingredients from his shop, nice video. ![Applause =D>](./images/smilies/eusa_clap.gif)

Re: How to brew all grain beer - Tips, Timings and Equipment
I've found a low flow rate through my IC cools quicker than when I run the tap at full tilt. Which I thought would be the other way round.
I am thinking of building a Counterflow Chiller though after reading this post viewtopic.php?f=6&t=17728 from jdt199. I didn't realise that it was that simple as I had watched some Youtube vids which showed the inner copper pipe wrapped in a spiral of thickish copper wire inside the hose and the guy was saying it is tricky to get it at the right spacing for optimum cooling![Shocked ](./images/smilies/icon_eek.gif)

Last night, Darth Vader came down from planet Vulcan and told me that if I didn't take Lorraine out that he'd melt my brain.
