Great post, thx.. Love to see old brewery footage.
Was looking at this one from Adnams which was quite interesting, especially at the end when the reporter was asking the old guys how many beers a day do they sink.. Most said 3-4.. Nice one!!!

There was footage from the old Wards brewery online at one time but cant seem to find it nowadays??

Very interesting video!
I'm curious if they have a centrifuge, there's something that looked possibly like one to me, where they remove a lid.
Although maybe it wasn't as they do talk about filtering later.
