After the recent homebrew festival had finished and time to clear up I found one of your bottles lying around so I took it home because it looked lonely and needed somebody to love it again, and it was up to me to provide that loving home, I was chosen from above.
Anyway, I had it last night..
Wow, this was one of the best stouts I've ever had, all the way down the glass to the very bottom I couldn't believe that I was drinking a brew from dare I say? tins This brew was top drawer regarding quality and without the homebrew "twang" I remember from 30 years ago.
Quick question if I may? Is this just 2 tins poured in with double yeast or did you add a few other ingredients to achieve such a fine drink??
