Matti - Centennial Session IPA

Opens with a good hiss and pours a wonderful amber colour that is crystal clear and has a bright white head that has good retention and lacing.

On the nose, you pick up a fresh pine and a mild citrus aroma.

On the flavour, and you get this wonderful pine and green glass flavour, this is very crisp and refreshing. I'm guessing this ale has been heavily dry hopped. There is also a sweet caramel flavour that comes late on after the first couple of mouthfuls.

There is a medium to light body on this, And the carbonation is light, but just the right amount. There is also a good amount of lacing on the glass.

I would be interested in the recipe for this, very will brewed.
