Anyone share their experience with #WLP320?

I'm interested to know others experience with White Labs Pure Pitch #WLP320.

Is is a slow worker?

I pitched a wheat beer about 2 weeks ago and it's still dropping the gravity (slowly). Not a major issue, as it's fine in the fermenter, but I've seldom had a yeast that takes this long to finish its job. Anyone else find the same issue with this yeast?

I have found several of the wheat beer strains can need a stir now and again. Is it hefe temperature range of 24 degC or so?

Pitched at about 25 and fermented at 21. Could have been higher, but pack says down to 17.

Did take a while to get going (48 hours before any evidence of action).

Reading around, despite the manufacturers claim to be able to pitch direct, seems a starter would have helped.

An excuse to make another brew me thinks.

I did one recently, made a starter and it was off like a rocket. Fermented out in 3 or 4 days
