Starsan into wort

Its turning out to be not a good week, dropped my fridge temp to 10 deg to start a cold crash, forgot to take the blow off tube out of the starsan solution I have in the blow off bottle, I reckon about 500ml has been sucked into a 23litre batch, could this be an issue?

Tasting my starsan solution I detected a slightly sour taste. Diluted a further 50 times I doubt I'd detect it amongst beer flavours. With the frothing agent you may have discovered a new ingredient for head retention

Cheers for that, I will carry on and keg it, was more worried about the hazard side I think, its the third brew using the same solution, but still clear, or it was.

Monster 1200R, had a sevice last week now smoking on start up and whilst running, a mate had the same symptoms that was a new cylinder head.

I remember seeing a video a few months ago of one of five star staff drinking some diluted star san, but can’t find it on a quick search now. It may have been Charlie Tallie. It was designed to prove how safe it was in our beer.
It is also apparently a major ingredient in Coca-Cola and other Colas.
You could compare the dilution ratio, it may alter the flavour, but is allegedly safe at the standard dilution.
