my water report

(That's water to the rest of us!) Beer is about 95% water, so if you want to discuss water treatment, filtering etc this is the place to do it!

I think you've answered this.

What the person at the other end of the phone was probably saying was "alkalinity to pH 4.5" which is the way it's expressed rather than that the pH of your water is 4.5 :?
