Question for Chris - re test kits

(That's water to the rest of us!) Beer is about 95% water, so if you want to discuss water treatment, filtering etc this is the place to do it!

Chris,

Have you got a link to the instructions for the alkalinity test kits anywhere?

I've checked out the pretty pics at http://www.18000feet.com/jhbf/alktest/alka_test.htm, but I have heard rumour of a word document somewhere.....the problem is, a search for "alkalinity test" brings up about 1000 posts....
