natural spring water

(That's water to the rest of us!) Beer is about 95% water, so if you want to discuss water treatment, filtering etc this is the place to do it!

theres a natural spring near my house, do you guys think this would be any good for brewing with? maybe boil it first to kill anything in it that might not be wanted?

cheers for that, not much god then. my brother in law has some reverse osmozis thingy. i believe this make very soft water? which is good for brewing? please correct me if im wrong!!
