ASDA Smart Price Water New Analysis.

(That's water to the rest of us!) Beer is about 95% water, so if you want to discuss water treatment, filtering etc this is the place to do it!

As it's pretty close to the original maybe they've just had it reanalysed rather than actually changing supplier?

Having just bought a new batch of bottles coincidently containg Asda's water :lol: , what does adding gypsom acheive? As I brew from kit when would I need to add it?
