Water Analysis

I live in Spain and i'm considering returning to all-grain brewing, the local tap water isn't that good to taste, particularly in summer. However there is a local spring that's been running for over 250 years where locals collect water by the drumload. If I get a sample of it is there an inexpensive way of getting an analysis in England. My Spanish isn't good enough to enquire if there is an analysis at the local townhall. Other than that I could go down the bottled water route.
