Keighley Water?

(That's water to the rest of us!) Beer is about 95% water, so if you want to discuss water treatment, filtering etc this is the place to do it!

The Yorkshire water sites says this:

Its Soft Water and has:
17.8 mg/l as calcium = 44.5 mg/l as calcium carbonate

I presume that this means I can add to my brewing Liquor just about whatever I want rather than having to take away things first????
