BOTTLED WATER
I am about to brew with bottled water for the first time. I intend to go for the 5L bottles from Asda (can use them as demi johns ) would it make much difference it I use water from another supermarket? I have noticed some list what's in the water. Does anyone treat bottled water in any way? My idea is to use it as it is (seems obvious as that is the whole point) What is the best source of bottled water and what should I watch out for?

Re: BOTTLED WATER
I would try to find a bottled water that is from an aquifer or a spring as opposed to water that is simply filtered and bottled. Chances are the container will tell you the source of the water, at least they do in my neck of the woods.

The composition of Asda smart price water has been deemed suitable for the brewing of ales by people on here. It's a hassle free way of acheiving a brewing liquor.
