Water: A Comprehensive Guide for Brewers

(That's water to the rest of us!) Beer is about 95% water, so if you want to discuss water treatment, filtering etc this is the place to do it!

ive been waiting on this book coming out for ages now, does anyone know when it will be available or why it hasn't came out yet.

Probably because it doesn't need to be that complex / or as complex as some authors make it out to be ;)

Your probably right but it was the book by John Palmler, and Colin Kaminski I was referring to.

I believe they missed their deadline and it won't be published until next year.
