Organic Water

(That's water to the rest of us!) Beer is about 95% water, so if you want to discuss water treatment, filtering etc this is the place to do it!

I have found a good looking recipe that calls for Organic Water, I have had a look round the shops but cant seem to find it in stock. Does anyone know where I can get some>
