DLS/Gypsum Advise

(That's water to the rest of us!) Beer is about 95% water, so if you want to discuss water treatment, filtering etc this is the place to do it!

DLS/Gypsum Advise

I am just about to start a new brew but have run out of DLS, which I normally use after the CRS/AMS treatment according to the recommendations.

My question is can I use gypsum as a replacement to the DLS? if so should I use it in the same quantity?
