Alkalinity level for this brew

(That's water to the rest of us!) Beer is about 95% water, so if you want to discuss water treatment, filtering etc this is the place to do it!

Thanks Jocky. I was just about to buy some more brown malt for this one, but will now go ahead with what I already have.
