Gypsum based on Calcium level

(That's water to the rest of us!) Beer is about 95% water, so if you want to discuss water treatment, filtering etc this is the place to do it!

See... not wasted knowledge at all! Marines are stunning though but like you, time is of a premium these days. I liked my tank when the glass had a really good clean and everything just pops in the tank, can't fault it.

Just a quick update. Done a Punk IPA BIAB this morning. Treated my water using the calculator on this site, used the General Purpose profile. At the end of the mash I tested with litmus paper, not the best I know, I had a PH of 5.2. Very happy with that. Now lets hope those hops pop!
