Phosphoric Acid 75% Dosage Rates Help Needed?

(That's water to the rest of us!) Beer is about 95% water, so if you want to discuss water treatment, filtering etc this is the place to do it!

I don't know if this will help, but at ~73.5% concentration Phosphoric Acid can quite effectively utilize data for 88% Lactic Acid. At 75% you are not far off from this convenience.

Likewise, Phosphoric Acid at 68% can utilize data seen for 80% Lactic Acid.
