I’m not a fan a DWB. I’m not convinced a one product suits all works that well.
Initially I had my water analysed by Murphy’s and used DWB and other salts as Murphy’s recommended but never got good results.
Then, I contacted Wallybrew on here, he analysed my water. It came back different to Murphy’s, I used individual salts (I threw away the DWB!) and GW’s water calculator on here and now always get around the pH5.4 mark. (Using the same pH meter as you)
I’ve since moved house, sent my water to Wallybrew again and still getting around pH5.4!
My advise would be have Wallybrew analyse your water and ditch the DWB!!

Without patience, life becomes difficult and the sooner it's finished, the better.
