Too much CRS

(That's water to the rest of us!) Beer is about 95% water, so if you want to discuss water treatment, filtering etc this is the place to do it!

Too much CRS

Like an idiot, I put about 60ml of CRS in my water when the proper amount should've been closer to 30ml. Can't remember the exact figures but it was to bring down about 60litres of water from approx 130 mg caco3 to 30 mg.

What will be the effect? I'm not going to kill anyone am I?

great - i've had a sip from the fermenter and it tastes fine so i will chalk it down to experience. thanks
