cider tastes of nout

(That's water to the rest of us!) Beer is about 95% water, so if you want to discuss water treatment, filtering etc this is the place to do it!

ive just tryed my cider and it has no taste to it ,is it the apples ive used (givern by frends) or something else ?also the dj i used camden in has a sulphur smell to it any ideas?
