Charcoal filter

(That's water to the rest of us!) Beer is about 95% water, so if you want to discuss water treatment, filtering etc this is the place to do it!

Charcoal filter

I want to try using a charcoal filter for water treatment, but have not been able to find anything that looks suitable without spending a bunch of money. Can anyone recommend a suitable filter (eg like Brita) that would do the job? For a trial, I don't mind spending a bit of time on the filtering process.
