Water profile for APA/IPA

(That's water to the rest of us!) Beer is about 95% water, so if you want to discuss water treatment, filtering etc this is the place to do it!

Hi all

Is it best to use Pale ale or Bitter as the water profile for a hop forward beer like an APA or IPA?
