Fermenting

It looks like fermenting has finished after 6 days. I'm getting the same fg of 1012. What happens, if anything to my brew, if I leave it another week. Anyone know?

leave it for at least another week for the yeast to clean up and drop out, I leave mine at least two weeks in primary.leaving it for another week or so will only improve your beer

Thanks, I will do. It doesn't smell too good anyway, a bit fruit cordially.
