Thought I would ask Tesco about their bottled filtered water as it seems suitable for brewing. This is their reply, but is it possible to have Calcium of zero?
"I can advise that the the typical mineral analysis for the Tesco everyday value water is Chloride - 8.75 mg/L. Potassium - Not tested . Sodium - 20.1 mg/L. Nitrate - 1.45 mg/L
The Calcium content for this product is 0. The pH of the product is between 6 and 8."
I've got back to them about the sulphate level.

Re: Tesco Everyday Value bottled water
There's a thread here with a full analysis and it puts calcium at 8.2. Granted it was done a while ago, but I can't see it changing that much.
Best wishes
