Using Murphy's Water Report

(That's water to the rest of us!) Beer is about 95% water, so if you want to discuss water treatment, filtering etc this is the place to do it!

By adding DWB does anyone know what parts this actually adds?

As it is a set blend of minerals it can't possible work for all scenarios so I don't use it.

With my water I have only ever needed gypsum, epsom salts and table salt after alkalinity reduction.
I think Boots sell both gypsum and epsom salts.

The product sheet does list the amounts though.

i received a sheet from Scottish Water which provided a sodium level, i have 3.89mgNa/l.
