Getting started with Liquor

(That's water to the rest of us!) Beer is about 95% water, so if you want to discuss water treatment, filtering etc this is the place to do it!

We weren't far out at all!

I did have to balance the Mg/Na, wasn't entirely sure what it was doing I will be honest. Will be reading up on sulphate / chloride ratios before doing more water treatment though, good to hear you think it'll be ok for the Dubbel.
