It all matters.

(That's water to the rest of us!) Beer is about 95% water, so if you want to discuss water treatment, filtering etc this is the place to do it!

Need to sink my own well! It so easy to forget about the essential role that water plays in the final make up of beer. Got to admit i am a bit slack and just de-chlorinate and hit it with a bit of Gypsum....
